A new motor has been developed specifically for the BML-7200C. Thepower consumption of the machine is approximately 50% less thanthat with the V-belt driven system (with an AC servo motor) andapproximately 12% less than that of the BML-7200B. This directdrive sewing machine offers the best energy.

Further increased duration of the grease
The duration of the grease that is necessary for the dry head hasbeen extended to about double that of the BML-7200B and about sixtimes that of the BML-7200A. The integrated cutting-edge dry headtechnology significantly increases the grease duration

Consideration of safe maintenance
With the safety sensor detecting, the motor does not start whilethe machine head is tilted back, even when the treadle isdepressed.

The gearbox oil amount can be checked at oneview
The amount of oil in the gearbox can be checked visually. Thegearbox has a heat-discharging structure with a fin.

This type is equipped with a sealed oil tank, supplying constantclean oil only to the minimum parts requiring lubrication.

Low noise and vibration allow stress-freeoperation
The operation noise of the solenoids of reverse feed changeover,thread trimming and thread wiping has been reduced. The soundduring sewing has been improved in sound pressure and soundquality. Offensive sound and vibration are reduced to a minimum,helping reduce stress and fatigue of operators.
