3. Thedresing could absorb lots of exudates quickily, and it is soft andcomfortable to the skin.

5. It willnot stick on the would, it will protect the nerve terminals, reducepain and easy to be peeled off from the skin.

Cautions:
1. It is notadaptable for dry wound.
2. Woundshould be cleaned and dried before being used.
3. Alginatecalcium dressing should be 2cm bigger than the wound area to makesure that dressing could be adherent to the skincompletely.
4. Thedressing should not be on the wound for more than oneweek.
5. When theexudates on the wound become less, it is suggested to stop usingthe dressing and change to another kind of dressing, such asHydrocolloid dressing.
6. Whenfililng the combed top into the cavity, it should be started fromdeep end and no space should be left, or healing would beaffected.
