Anole researched and developed valve gate hotrunner system, which is processed by CNC high-speed latheto realize precision tolerance within ± 0.01MM. Valve gatehot runner system use Germany made needle valves withhardness of HRC60-62, titanium surface. Such needle valves arecharateristic of non-stick with plastic material, high abrasionresistance, more than 1 million shorts life.
