These gasket materials are used for low pressure classes 150lb and300lb. All the materials described in this section can be suppliedin sheeting form or as Cut Joints to meet flange standards orcustomer-specific dimensions. These materials can be obtained invarious thicknesses from 0.50mm to 3.00mm for all materials typeslisted below. The Rubber materials can be supplied up to 6.00mmthick.

The following Non-metallic materials fall whitin our scope ofsupply:
- Elastomers - Neoprene, Nitrile, Buytl & Viton Rubberproducts.
- Compressed Non Asbestos Fibre (CNAF) - Alba Gaskets will onlysupply materials that conform to specification BS 7531. There aretwo grades that fall into this category; Grade Y and Grade X.
- Graphite Laminates - There are two main material types thatfall within this range of products; Tanged Graphite and NickelReinforced Graphite.
- PTFE Materials - There are two main material types that fallinto this category; Virgin PTFE and Biaxially Modified PTFE orbetter known as Blue PTFE.
