The HZSseries concrete mixing plant is composed of aggregate batching system,aggregate
convey system
batching system mixing system,electrical control system,water supply system,air supply system,additive supply
system cement conveyer belt and cement silo. It suits to building site and merchandise concrete produce.

PLDbatching machine is composed of feed device weighing system and electrical control
system.The
feeding device is arranged on line. The batching system adopts four sensors to measure.

The machine adopts JS1500 double horizontal-axis forced mixer.It introduce new techniques of Deutsch axile seal. There is four seals on the
end of shaft, the service life is longer than other seal method, and reduce possibility of trouble
and easy to replace and maintain. The liner and mixing blade is made of wear resistant alloys and advance the performance of wear resistant.
