Product introduction
Also named Pimaricin, natamycin is an abroad-spectrum antifungalpolyene produced by Streptomyces natalensis. It has been used as aneffective food preservative for inhibition of yeasts and molds withsafety and reliability. It will not affect the flavor of foods.Since natamycin cannot inhibit bacteria, there will be nointerference on the natural mature progress of yogurt and cheese,ham, sausage.

Caution
The stability of natamycin can be greatly affected by PH value,temperature, daylight, oxidant and heavy metal content. So weshould keep natamycin away from Oxides and Sulfur hydridecompounds. Avoid keeping natamycin under high temperature or directsunshine.
