Calciumaluminate cement A900 is amanufactured commodity which raw materials are high qualitylimestone and bauxite.The raw materials should be mixed accordingto suitable ratio.The raw material should be burned to partlyfused.After cooliing,the clinkers are ground to cement.The contentof Al2O3 is controlled in 50~58%;the principal compound in thecement is CA.The property of the cement is high early strength andquick hardening.The three days strength can be over 80Mpa.And ithas high refractoriness.The working temperature of the CA cementconcrete is 1450°C.

Application:A900cement should be used in making bulk refractory material,refracorycastable and refractory brick.Widely used for making variousfurnaces in metallurgical industry,chemical industry,petrolicindustry,electrical industry,machinery made industry,buildingmaterials industry.It is also used in project of emergencyrepairing and emergency construction as well as chemical buildingmaterials for special use.
