Steel body PDC bit is made from PDC cutterbrazed to Steel Body. The PDC cutter has high hardness, abrasionresistance and toughness, provides a cutting structure for the rockformations that respond well to failure by shearing and wears bymicro-chipping, the bit life is 20-40 times, the drillingefficiency is 50% higher of tungsten carbide bit.
