Sequence of operation
1. First, make the picture smooth and tight, take jointer toaccurate (about 2-4cm), fixed edges with tape or glue on theground.
2. Open the power, turning handle to left to keep hot air nozzleand the rubber tire is on the straight line. Then turn the rightblack knob to adjust the speed, generally marked on the knob pointsto the location between 2 from 4.After setup, turning thehandle to right until the hot air out of the ground.
3. Set the temperature degree. Open temperature switch, And turnthe golden knob until it clicks and then follow the button to theend.for up for down, set the desired temperature according tothickness of picture.In general, the temperature is between300-350,Or taking some picture material to aligned nozzle, If itcan be melted immediately, This temperature is the one you need andto set.
4. In the welding process, if printing material is burnt, the firstthing to slow down the speed or low the temperature,This can avoidto  burnt picture material,but do not increase speed rapidly,otherwise the machine will  run  too fast to make it gostraightly,this will cause the picture can not be spliced anddamage the picture.
5. Before using, please find the proper temperature and speedaccording to your printing material. If the speed is too slow itcould burn the picture, while too fast to welding strong.Therefore, It is very important that the temperature and speed aregood match.
6. After welding, turning the handle to right to keep hot air gunfrom picture completely,then turn off the temperature switch(Leftthe gold knob until it make a voice of clicks).No lugging the power cord and turning the power off directly,to avoidheat damage to the hot air gun.After temperature of the machinemust be reduced to below 50 ,you can plug the power or mainswitch.
7. Don't use it in rainy day,the workplace should be dry, flat andsafety of fire.The machine should have technical person tooperate, it is forbid that someone use it without specificknowledge.
