Introduction of rotary drum dryer
Fertilizer Rotary Drum Dryer mainly consists of rotarybody, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device,etc. Its principle of operation: the raw material plate which isarranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throwsmoisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will beseparated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vaporto be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would bedried. Rotary dryer is used to dry slag, clay, limestone; It ismainly used for cement, chemical, metallurgical, building materialsindustries. Working Principle:
1. This drying machine consists of rotary body, material plate,conveying device, supportive device, sealing ring and othercomponents.
2. Since the machine has a gradient, the materials enter thecylinder from its higher side. There is full of hot gas in thecylinder, materials will be rolled by the metal plate inside up anddown to accelerate the drying rate, then they will pushed to thelower side by the rolling device. The dried materials will becollected at the bottom.
