It is a lightweight, economic, high performance ceramicproppant.
 
It is well suited for the greatest fracture conductivity in wellsfor moderate depths. It was reported that more than 70% of all U.S.and Canada hydraulic fracturing operations are performed indownhole environments of up to 8,000 psi closure pressures and 375°F. It performs well in such environments due to its excellentcrush resistance and superior conductivity.
 
It can reduce the usage of costly gels and polymers and thereforeminimize the formation damage caused by gels and polymers. It canalso minimize pipe friction by utilizing lower viscosity fracturingfluid.
 
2.Intermediate-Strength Proppant
 
With its increased bauxite content, It exhibits superior crushresistance and conductivity under higher closure pressures thanlightweight ceramic proppants.
 
It delivers solid and reliable performance in intermediate depthoil and gas wells with low to moderate permeability. It hasfield-proven performance in both crush resistance and conductivityand is cost competitive.
 
3.High-Strength Sintered Bauxite Proppant
 
It possesses maximum conductivity, crush resistance, and thermalstability, and is generally utilized in the most demanding ofdownhole environments: the deepest oil and gas wells. It isfield-proven to generate long-lasting, high-conductivity fracturesin these deep, hot, high-stress formations.
 
With exceptional roundness and sphericity, it can minimize thefriction and wearing on fluid carrying and pumping equipment.
