Purpose: as the source of heat for rotary kiln, to meet therequirement of system quantity of heat.
Principle: by means of muti-channel burning technique, the firstair and fuel is divided into different flow, and based on thewhirlwind spinning effect, to speed up the mixing of fuel withfirst air. After mixing, the rapid shooting flow is formed,meanwhile again, by means of different speed of flow occursinterface attrition function, to make the rapid flow absorb theslow flow, that is whirl absorb the second high temperature air.Therefore to speed up the fuel speed of heat and reaction speed offuel. Using the kinetic energy of rapid current shooting flow toabsorb all the second air, to make them take place at good physicsmixing condition and burning chemical reaction states.
Characteristic of coal burner

Applyinguniversal model design can ensure this burner regulate agilitywithin the degree of 3° at direction of up-down and right-left.Meanwhile, also to ensure it can be moved forward and backward overthe distance of 700mm, therefore to easy regulate length of flameas well as burner overhaul.
4,the shape and length of flame for Muti-channel low NOxdischarge burner can meet the requirement for calcining technicsand temperature distribution in rotary kiln, and the shape andlength of flame can be adjusted.
5,the temperature of flame can be controlled, that is the toptemperature can be controlled, therefore to prevent the materialover-burning, to make the kiln avoid forming ring block.
6,muti-phase burning and mixing burning can be adapted, also canbe used sole burning in single-phase fuel.
