Dingke Ball Mill Application:Ball mill is the key equipmentfor grinding after the crushing process,and it is widely used inthe manufacture industries,such ascement,silicate,new building material,refractorymaterial,Dingke,ferrous metal,nonferrous metal and glassceramics,it also can be used for the dry and wet grinding for allkinds of ores and other grind-ablematerials.
Dingke Ball Mill WorkingPrinciple:the discharging mouth.Then the whole grinding process isended.
Dingke Ball Mill Structure:
The machine is composed of feeding part,discharging part,turningpart and driving part (reducer,small driving gear,electric motorand electric control).The quill shaft adopts cast steel part andthe liner is detachable.The turning gearwheel adopts castinghobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistantliner,which has good wear-resistance.The machine is with stable andreliable working condition.Moreover,according to differentmaterials and discharging methods,there are dry ball mills and wetball mills for choice.
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotationdevice,driven by brim gearwheel.There are two chambers andgrid.Material goes into the first chamber through the feedinginlet.Inside the first chamber,there are stage liners and rippleliners as well as steel balls.The shell rotates so as to generateelectricity,and this force brings ball to a certain height and thenballs drop down by gravity,the impact is the grinding force to thematerial.After the primary grinding,materials go into the secondchamber through segregate screen.In the second chamber, there areflat liners and steel ball.After the secondary grinding,material isdischarged from
