FXBW4-220/160 composite suspensioninsulator



The composite insulator is composed by threecomponents of insulation core rod; silicon rubber shed cover andthe connecting hardware at the both ends. For shed and housingmolding, we adopt international advanced method of whole moldingand whole injection. The connection zone between the core and endfitting is compressed with crimping machine. The products have thecharacteristic of artistic looking, small volume, light weight,uneasy broken, high bending and torsion strength, goodanti-explosive performance, easy transportation andinstallation.
