Three types of making method:
1. Making in full PU(one kind of material look and feel likeleather, but chemical combined).

2. Leather PU(Half leather). Use leather on the main area of sofawhich human can touch.

The rest area like back and side will use same colour PU to fitwith.

3. Full leather. All areas of sofas will use first layer leather.(Cost too much leather, not recommend).

FOAM DIMENSIONS (Available in UKFR and USA CA117 FR):
High-density foam-D30/35 for cushions and D-28 for back andarmrest

INNER CONSTRUCTIONS:
A)Pocketed coil in seat sofa cushions;
B)Kiln dried solid wood sofa internal frame and plywood, metal coilsprings and fabric

Rubber, rust and moisture proofing treatment.

PACKING METHOD:
Cardboard wrapping with sofa corner protection, middel layer sofawith polyester, outer

Layer with woven plastic bag.
