Return Policy

You have 15 days to return any item oritems in their original unopened package from the date of receipt.You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges andrestocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for anyreason.

We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully andwe expect the same consideration. All products that are returnedneed to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensuredamage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products arereceived in good re-sellable condition.

Defective or Damaged Hardware:
If a product isdefective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, wewill ship another at our own expense upon return of the defectiveitem''s. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contactedeither by E-mail or phone to obtain a Return Goods AuthorizationNumber, RGA Number.

Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization.All returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package.No credit will be issued with out this number.
