Theinner and outer UPVC layers are integrated ultraviolet absorbent,screening agent, antioxidant, modifying agent which work toeffectively change the ultraviolet ray energy into heat energy andrelease it so as to improve anti-aging capacity of tile surface.The foamed structure of tile surface is formed by two-way tensiletechnique, and the high-tech interlayer foamed structureincorporates screening dye, working to block ray penetration againso as to prevent lower layer of tile free from ultraviolet raywhich greatly extend the service life of tiles. 

3.Special acid, alkali and corrosion resistance:

With reference to the application practice of UPVC roof materialin recent 50 years in the world, the company incorporates its ownunique production engineering and formula in light of the acid,alkali and corrosion resistant capacity of plastic. It ensures theleading quality of products. The service life of products in normaloutdoor condition of the subtropical zone will not be less than 20years.

4.Special toughness and strength:

5.Special heat and sound insulation:

The foamed structure of porous material interlayer has soundventilating capacity, and the use of various modifying agents willeffectively block the ultraviolet ray and reduce its heattransmission, enabling it to be top priority for heat insulatingroof material. In the same way, when rain knocks tile surface, thesound wave will be refracted to the porous material and lead to airvibration. Then friction and reflection will be resulted by porouswall which decreases sound energy, generating sound insulationeffect. Thus the product has excellent sound insulationfunction.

6.Special leak and wind resistance:

The tile interlayer foaming will reduce or even remove the heatexpansion or cold shrinkage coefficient. Pins shall be nailed intotiles tightly and circularly so as not to have leakage orrelaxation in the nailing position that ensures excellent leak andwind resistance of tiles.

7.Special high efficiency:

Tiles can be nailed, drilled or sawn. The scientific overlappingmethod and wide tile are helpful to reduce interfaces occurredduring installation, offering it a use efficiency as high as 93%,at least 8% higher than ordinary plastic tiles.
