Operation Suggestion
1. Adjust roller pressure and temperature accordingtodifferent types of paper and ink.
2. When using the film for the first time orchanging to other sizes,we recommend a small trial volume beforegoing into mass prodution
3. The following element will affect outcome oflamination.
a. using metal ink
b. the ink contains too much wax, dried oil,adhesive, and silicon additive. etc.
c. the ink is too thick .
d. the ink is not completely dry
e. the paper contains too much moisture
f. there is too much powder
