Formulation Process:Anti UV finishing agent UV-108 1 ~~ 4% (owf)Bath ratio 1:10 to 152. Process:Per minute warming from room temperature to 80 ℃, 1 ~ 2 ℃, 30~~ 40min at 70 ~ 80 ℃, processing, hot water, and finally with coldwater.[Instructions]1. UV-108 and dye-bath, there may dye competing transfectionproblems, suggest in dark textiles after staining withUV-108.2. UPF values are varieties of fiber, fineness, cut surface andtype of fabric, specifications, etc., and amount of ultravioletabsorber. The chosen fabric need to meet certain physicalparameters in order to guarantee sufficient ultraviolet shieldingeffect. To minimize sunlight to penetrate fabric from exposure toskin, and porosity (the number of pores per unit area) should beless than 2%. It must test before use.
