DEUTZ series adopt DEUTZ 226Bseries low power diesel engine made by Sino-Germany Joint-ventureCompany in China. The DEUTZ engines are 4-cycle, water-cooled,24VDC working voltage for control syatem, adopt circumvolve fuelfilter&oil filter cleaner, dry air cleaner, compact structure,fine quality, rebiable capability.
Generally the generators adobt our company’s TFW2 series brushlessthree phase synchronous generator(the characteristic and technicaldata see the section“Generators in industry”). If the customerrequires that also could adopt TFX series compound excitationgenerator or STC series third-harmonic excitation generator orother generators.
The generator set is made up of diesel engine, synchronousgenerator, control system, radiator and other accessories, and thecontrol system is made up of volt meter, frequency meter, a.c.ampere meter, d.c. ampere meter, water temperature meter, oiltemperature meter, oil pressure meter, fuel meter, contoller forprotection, transfer switch system and other accessories. Differentstarting type including manual&electric&automatic Transfercan be selected by our customer.
The generator sets also can adopt fuel box at bottom, contollerwith four protections(high water temperature, high oil temperature,low oil pressure, over speed);also can design for silent, fullyautomatic transfer and automatic parallel system.
