Use of the product

Suitable for the whole ceramic tile industry,including wall and floor tiles, polished tile and ceramic sanitaryware.

Functions of the product:

1.It can substitute STPP when used in ceramic body,

but the price is cheaper than that of STPP.

2.The dosage is about half of the traditionaldiluting agent

3. It can reduce the viscosity of slurry, raise itsfluidity, reduce the moisture content of slurry, so reducing theenergy consumption of a ball mill and a spray drying tower andraise output, has certain grinding aid, make the particle gradationof a powder material to be more reasonable, raising the fluidity ofthe powder material, reduce phenomena of stratification.

Usage:

It can be used together with mud material and waterinto a ball mill for ball milling.

Additive:

according to the formula of each ceramic productand it is generally 0.1-0.4% of the quantity of driedmaterials.

Viscosity:

The body’s viscosity will be 20~40 seconds withTu-4 cup.
