Polyacrylate processing aid is a polymer polymerized by one orseveral kinds of acrylate monomer, which can speed up the fusion ofPVC resin, increase the melt strength and uniformity, abatefracture and exudation of the fondant without bad influence of themechanical properties of PVC. So the processing aid has been widelyused in the PVC products.Different kinds of Acrylate monomer and the variousproportions will lead to the difference of the plasticizing, meltstrength of the Acrylic processing aid. If the viscosity of theprocessing aid is higher, plasticizing will be lower and meltstrength higher. PVC processing aid has no obvious influence on thetensile strength and Vicat softening point, while PVC processingaid with high viscosity will increase the tensile strength andVicat softening point.Acrylic processing aid can be widely used in clear and opaquePVC profile, PVC pipe, PVC board, PVC sheet, PVC film and WPCproducts.Standard technical data
