A: The shipping costis determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, totalCBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote the exactlyshipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order andyour destination sea port. The freight is varied in differentmonths. We have cooperated with shipping companies for morethan 10 years, so we are able to offer the best freight andinsurance to you if needed.
3. Q: What is yourMOQ?
(1) if customer hasagent in China to arrange the delivery for you, there willbe no MOQlimited, that means customer can order 1 set andthe price will be offered as Ex-factory price.
(2) if customerneeds us to arrange the delivery by sea, the MOQ willbe 1x20''GPcontainer, but mixed orders can be accepted. The prices willbe offered as FOB pricec.

5. Q: What''s difference between Starter Unitand Add-on Unit?
A: The racks areconnected one unit by another unit. In the same row, the first unitis called STARTER UNIT, which including two Upright frames andseveral levels of Box Beam (Stepped Beam and metal Panel) . Whilefrom the Second Unit till to the End Units are called ADD-ONUNIT, whichincluding one Upright frames and several levels of Box Beam(Stepped Beam and metal Panel) .
Therefore,STARTER UNIT - ADD ON UNIT = one set of UPRIGHTframe
For example,there are 10 row, with 8 units for each row,then
Starter Unit = 10rows * 1 unit/row = 10 units
Add-on Unit = 10rows * 7 units/row = 70 units
6. Q: What is the LeadTime?
A: Normally itcosts 7-25days once receiving 30% deporit. Kindly pleasescan bank slip to us after payment.
7. Q:What is the Payment Terms ?
A: 30% deposit and70% balance against delivery by (T/T, cash, western union, paypal orL/C).
8. Q:What is the package?
A: Uprightframes: knocked down, andpacked by air bubble film for each parts. (If you want us toassemble all Upright frames, please inform us when placing order tous.)

9. Cooperationprocedure:
- First send us an inquiryfor quote, please be specific follow information:
- Size: length, depth, height ofrack
- Loading capacity perlevel
- How many levels
- Would you want to putpallets onto Box Beams or put metal Panels onto metal Panels?
- Orderquantities
- Then we will response to youwithin 24hours with quotation sheet, including picture,description, product’s size, CBM, Weight, unit price in USD;Payment terms and delivery time and a copy of clearly catalogue foryour reference.
- We may contact you forclarification or options during this period, please carefullyreview our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if youhave any question or need any advice, make necessaryrevisions.
- After confirming all theinformation by you, we will send you PI (Proforma Invoice) orPurchase Agreement for your /confirm/iation. Please pay money to ourbank account according to the information in ourPI.
- once receiving 30% deposit, wewill start producing at once. When the goods are finished, we willtake all the pictures from different angles for you reference.After receinving 70% balance, we will arrange shipment atonce. Finally we will send the Commercial Invoice, Packing list,the Original B/L, C/O if needed to you.
