CPE resin is one kind of rubber high molecular material made ofhigh-density polythene resin after chlorination reaction. From themolecular constitution, we can see that CPE can be seen as randomcopolymer of ethane, chloroethylene and 1, 2 acetylene dichloride;its molecular chain is saturated and the polar chlorine atoms arein random distribution, thus, it has the good mechanical andchemical properties and is widely used in machinery, electric,chemical, mine and building material industries. The heatresistance, resistance to ozone and weather and aging resistance ofCPE are better than those of rubber; its oil resistance is betterthan that of NBR and CR; its aging resistance is better than thatof CSM and it can resist the corrosion medium of acid, caustic andsalt etc. It''s innocuity, flame resisting and no explosionhazard.

CPE product can be classified into two categories: general typeand rubber type. The former is used for plastics modification, andthe latter is used for making elastomer material.

◊Our company mainly produces CPE 135A (general-purpose). The keytechnical index:

    Our company mainly used as the impactresistant modifier of PVC. At present, it takes 95% share of theimpact resistant modifier market of domestic PVC. The additiveshares of CPE 135A as the impact resistant modifier of PVC profileshapes is 9~ 12; the shares as the impact resistant modifier of PVCwater feeding pipe and other liquid transfer pipe under pressure is4~ 6; this can effectively improve the low temperature resistantimpact property of PVC product. In addition, CPE 135A is widelyadded into the products including PVC plate, sheet, calcium-plasticbox, case of household appliances and electrical appliance fittingsto improve the mechanical property and electrical property. CPE canbe compatible and use with most plastics and rubberssimultaneously. The polymer crossblend system with badcompatibility can take CPE as bulk filler. The rubbers usedtogether with CPE include caoutchouc, butadiene styrene rubber,ethylene propylene diene copolymer, polyurethane rubber,acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, neoprene and chlorosulfonatedpolyethylene etc. The plastics used together with CPE include PVC,PE, PP, EVA and PA etc, which greatly improve the low temperatureresistant impact property and increase flame resistance, oil andaging resistance, corrosion resistance and insulatibity. This canmake the plastic product have high filling property and reduceproduction cost.

◊Packing and specification:

This product adopts polyethylene bags for internal use andpolypropylene bags for external use with net weight of 25 ± 0.2kgper bag.

◊Storage and transportation:

For the viscoelasticity and absorbency of CPE resin are strong,this product shall be stored in the dry and ventilated warehousewith stack height no more than 10 bags and avoid solarization, dampand takes strict precautions again stress. It is not dangerouscargo.
