Brief introduction
Employing the special technology for CMOS chip digital circuit,which is applicable for the lines that need the belt to conveythe bulk magnetic or nonmagnetic material and system-treatmentlines, the grade and type of ore and belt speed can be adjusted. Itfeatures with digital set, self-checking function, convenientadjustment and maintenance, intelligentized sensitivity-adjustment,which make it efficient to detect the metal material and improvethe quality of product and protect the crushing equipment.
Workingprinciple:
When the metal gets into the sensorelectromagnetic field, some changing signals are generated, and themetal detector can detect them. Then the metal detector can processthe signals with electronic technology and drive the executingdevice (switches of motor) to stop the belt conveyor so that theoperator can pick the harmful metal out manually.
Quantitativecharacteristics: a high degreeof sensitivity; highsensitivity is designed to detectlarge metal light and soundalarm.
Detection range: iron,aluminum, stainless steel,alloy and other metals;
Timing functions: relaydelay the release timeof 1-10seconds;
Control output: relaycontact pair of normally open, apair of normally closed;
Installation: sensor isinstalled in the beltrack, belt rackamplitude should be less than0.5mm, the sensor bracketshould be installed separately.
