Double toothed roller crusher is equipped with two crushing roller with various of roller surface like wolf tooth, ring tooth, straight tooth and big plate tooth for the medium or coarse crushing situations where require feed size less than 1200mm, finished products size range 10-300mm, low dust or powder while more granular.

Working principle

Double toothed roller crusher is to crush materials by the extrusion and shear force of relative rotating rollers with wear-resistant alloy. Materials goes into the crushing cavity and suffered both extrusion and shearing force by the two relative rotating rollers. After extruded, sheared and grinded, the materials is crushed into qualified size and discharged from outlet.
