Structure of   FS-10   

  FS-10 centrifugal casting machine unit consists of main engine, speedadjusting motor, pouring system, hield , cooling system andelectric control cabinet.

Structure andperformance

1,Main engine

 Use supporting rollerstructure, four supporting rollers, bearing housing and bottom seatare jointed by T-shape bolts to carry out  adjustment andsatisfy the mould OD of different specifications.

2,Power system

Use speed adjusting motor ( AC55kw) to rotate the supporting roller of the main engine throughthe triangle belt and drive the mould to rotate.

3,Pouring system

Includes pouring trough,bogieand light rail,etc. The pouring trough is knock-down type,thecasting bogie can adjust up and down, left and right, and drags thethe pouring trough to cast.

4,Shield

Include shield cover and lightrail,the shield cover is split type composed of two covers and eachcover has four wheels that can be moved by manpower. It shields themould in the process of pouring to prevent the copper liquid splashand ensure the safety.

5,Cooling system

Include cooler and ball valve,control cooling water by the ball valve to carry out  mouldcooling.

6,Electric control cabinet

Adopt normal electric control,can adjust the rotate speed of the motor to meet the requirements of different parts and technics.
