1.COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION
Fiberglass Sleeving Coated With Acrylic Resin is braided byfiberglass yarn and coated with a layer of modified acrylic resinand then thermo-setted to form grade B insulating sleeving.

It can be used for wiring insulation and as mechanic protection forelectrical machinery, electrical appliances,electrical instruments,wireless sets and domestic electrical appliances.Appearance: smoothsurface, clear and neat ends
Elasticity:
1.When the temperature is 20±5°C and relative humidity is 65±5%,the coating of the sleeving should not crack or appear detachmentafter the sleeving has been wound around the specified mandrel foran hour.
2.The coating should not crack or appear detachment after thesleeving has been treated for 2 hours at a temperature of 10 to 15oC below zero.
3.After the sleeving has been treated at the temperature of 130±2°Cfor 24 hours and is wound around a specific mandrel at the roomtemperature of 20±2°C its coating should not crack or appeardetachment.
Oil resistance:
The coating should not crack or appear detachment after thesleeving has been dipped in transformer oil for 24 hours at thetemperature of 105±2°C. But the colour of the sleeving is allowedto grow darker.
Benzene resistance:
The coating of sleeving should not be stick or show delaminationwhen the sleeving has been kept in methylbenzene at normalatmospheric temperature for 4 hours
Remark:
1.The softness of type 2 is superior to type 1. Its dielectricproperties can be as good as that of type 1, after it has beentreated at the temperature of 105°C for more than 60 minutes.
2.The breakdown voltage of the sleeving which inner diameter is orbelow 1.5mm should not be lower than 75% of the specifiedvoltage.3.MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
