This superb apple peeler can peel, core, and sliceapples in one quick and easy step. Makes perfect slices fordesserts, salads, and snacks.

Usage:

      1. Pull suction leverbackward to lock the apple peeling machine firm on smooth tablesurface.      

      2. Pull back shaft and pressstem end of apple firmly on three-pronged fork. Make sure apple iscentered on fork.

      3. Turn handle until peelingblade begins to peel. The apple peeler will peel, slice and core asyou go.

  4. To remove core from fork/prongs, press clamp downwhile gently pulling handles to original position. If core remainson fork, gently grasp core with fingertips and carefully pull offcork.

NOTE: the peeling blade can be adjusted to accommodate differentsizes of apples and potatoes. Simply loosen the wing nut and slidethe blade out for a deeper cut, in for a thinner cut.

Tips and Techniques

To make apple rings; slice down one side of the peeled apple. Tomake slices, cut down both sides.

To core and slice without peeling, pull the peeling blade backuntil the locking bar drops into place; proceed as usual.

To peel without coring and slicing, loosen the wing nut at thebottom of Corer/Slicer blade and move the corer/slicer blade out ofthe path of the apple; proceed as usual.
