 ProductIntroduction:CAS NO.:3194-55-6Flame retardant masterbatch is producedby flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane with polystyrene ascarrier after the plasticizing granulation,and the content of flameretardant can reach to 80%. Flame retardant masterbatch hasexcellent flame retardancy like powder products and also has theadvantages of good dispersion, low adding quantity, easy forfoaming and extrusion, stable production, and environmentallyfriendly,etc. It is applicable to various XPS productionequipments, and it can well solve the problem of unstable feedespecially for single screw equipments.Characteristics :1. Particle shipis neat, even, with no dust and has no pollutions to the equipmentand environment which can ensure a continuous production of 12hours with no stop.2.Good dispersity:The flame retardant candistribute evenly in the XPS and can play itsall flame retardantefficiency.3.The selection of imported heatstabilizer:Thermal decomposition temperature≥240℃all specificationsof the flame retardant XPS masterbatch can reach the exportstandards.4.It has low corrosivity, and it can prolong theservice life of the screw and the screw barrel.5.Under normal processing temperature,it is freefrom the discoloration of the flame ret-ardantHBCD.  Product Usage:
