ProcessingGuide:

1. This product willbe directly mixed with the plastic raw materials uniformly, whichwill be used to carry out processing without baking the rawmaterials;

2. Adding amount iswithin 1% - 8%, 3% is the generally recommended dosage, which isadjustable according to moisture content of the rawmaterials.

3. Since the it havea good plasticizing performance and mobile performance, processingtemperature can be reduced by 5 % -10 %.

4. The followingthree steps will be passed when processing: [batching] -[pre-mixing] - [forming]

5. Batching: inaccordance with the requirements of plastic parts, choose thebatching ratio.

6. Pre-mixing: addingthe weighed materials and suitable amount of colorants ormaster-batch into the mixer, to carry out the simplepre-mixing.

7. Forming: loadingthe well pre-mixed materials into the plastic jetting-moldingmachine or the hopper ofthe extruder, execute injection molding orextrusion.

1. The externalpacking uses the complex packaging bags, and the internal packinguses the plastic packaging bags;

3. The product shouldbe stored in clean, ventilated, dry, and cool place;

4. Handlingcarefully, to avoid packaging damaged, to keep out of sun exposureand rain;
