1.Product Descriptions:

    Environment-friendly PVC Ca-Zn Composite HeatStabilizer is one kind of non-toxic efficient stabilizer,which ismade of organic chelating agent,modified hydrotalcite,organiczinc,organic calcium and high efficient lubricant.It is mainly usedin soft and hard PVC fields.For example,water supplypipes,appliance profiles,wire and cable,automative sealing andmedical products.

(1)Model:LXH601, for extruded pipe products;

(2)Model:LXH602, for highly filled extruded products;

(3)Model:LXH701, for windows and doors, cabinets profileproducts, including home appliances;

    3.Working Principles:

Because the PVC molecular backbone contains theunstable chlorine atoms,when it is heated to melt,the PVC molecularprones to make the dehydrochlorination autocatalytic degradationreactions,to make products discoloration and deterioration ofphysical and mechanical properties.The traditional approach is toadd heat stabilizer that contains heavy metals (lead,barium,cadmiumand so on) single salt or hydroxy acid salt.

However,due to impact on environment and humanhealth,in 2003, the EU implemented R0HSWEEE,REACH and otherenvironment regulations.Since 2007,China has gradually accelleratedthe pace of lead ban.As a result,our company cooperated with HubeiIndustry University to produce a new series of Environment-friendlyCa-Zn Composite Heat Stabilizer.

4.Technological Progress:

(1)Apply the wet modification method to processoil-soluble magnesium carbonate aluminum hydrotalcite and controlthe grain size of hydrotalcite to 0.5μm or less .

(2)Mix the organic chelating agent with high metalcontent of fatty acids calcium,aromatic zinc and modifiedhydrotalcite.The organic heat stabilizer is better than similarproducts in the United Kingdom,Singaport or Germany.

(3)Overcome the shortcomings of large amount ofcalcium and zinc,high cost and limited ranges.
