Physic mechanical crushing methodat normal temperature of waste tyre:nochemical raw material isrequired,no waste gas,washte water and soot are discharged, and thecooling water of the equipment is reused,no emission,equipmentnoise is within the range specified by thecountry(GB20055-2006),fineness of rubber powder produced by it isadjustable(10 meshes to 30 meshes),take waste tyre as example,theprocess is as follows:breaking down,crushing,filtering,magneticseparating,grin-ding,then the finished products areproduced.

*6: there is  3 types ofrubber crusher, you can choice the suitable  one ,it is dependon the output!

*9 : you not need Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder bigger than 30 mesh.but we need it if the powder less than 30 mesh and the number ofthis machine depend on the output!
