Machining process: 

1. Find right machining way, eg. Casting  machining, forged  machining, rolling  machining or pure CNC 

machining, or others.

2. based on the machining way, next we will purchase material which may refer to Aluminum,Stainless

steel, Steel Alloys, Brass, Bronze, Copper, titanium and so on.

3. At the same time our engineers and assistant engineers will deal with the drawings to every details in our 

format with CAD and 3D respectively.

4. When process 2 and 3 is finished our production department will arrange the machining, and our production

manager will arrange the every machining step following our machining way, eg. CNC cutting /frame cutting, 

CNCmilling machining,CNC drilling then detailCNC milling and so on.

5. After finishing the machining, we will do the finishing required by the drawings, eg. Heated, polishing, 

anodized and so on.

6. Everything is finished then we will pack it well with film, bubble pack and put it in to ordered wooden case 

at thestore department and wait to ship.
