Good quality silicone for pad printing is akind of two-component liquid silicone, the part A is the liquidsilicon rubber, part B is the catalyst. The usual mxing ratio forsilicone rubber and catalyst is 100 : 2-3, eg. we take 100grams ofliquid silicon rubber,then we add 2-3 grams catalyst, mix thenevenly and pour it to your mold. Then after 2-4 hours, you willobtain a printing pad.
