RTV silicone rubber for crystal mould, RTV silicone rubber fordiamond molding is composed of two components. Component A iswhite flowing liquid while component B is the curing agent.

Steps:
A. Take silicone rubber and curing agent formixing evenly.

B. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completelymixed, put the silicone into a vacuum machine for deairing toremove the bubbles.

C. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into theproduct to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

The shelf life of the productis about one year from the date of production. Inspection isrequired when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to beused in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
