3. The Firewall installed in thecomputer may have blocked the IP camera.

EasyN provides 12months warranty service on your product. your warranty cardis an important document. you will need to present this warrantycard to benefit from our warranty service.
Terms &conditions:
a) Free-of -Chargemaintenance period of the product is 12 months. During this time,we can repair it for free (Damages not caused by misuse orvandalism). For reparation after guarantee period, a maintenancefee will be charged.
b) During the warranty period, for breakdown caused by misuse orother reasons that are out of the range of warranty, users canrepair the products by showing this card. We will only charge forcomponents.
