The Mt3 can only be used on an EGO thread battery without a 510 toEGO adapter. 

The mouthpiece of the Mt3 is permanently attached and it is filledfrom the bottom, heating from bottom. 

If the Mt3 atomizer head fails unexpectedly and the tank is filledwith e liquid, the atomizer head (base) can be easily replacedwithout the need to drain the e liquid in the tank first.

How to fill the MT3: 
The Top does NOT come off. Hold the T3 upside down, Unscrew thebase, fill into the side do not get any oil into the center hole,fill to just under the lip of the center hole. Screw the bottomback on and turn over, it will be full.
