Molding silicone is akind elastic silicone which features with resistance todeformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well ashigh reproduction times, good tensile strength, tears strength andelongation.

If the customer wants to makelarge products and large size molds, the mold should be made ofsilicone material with high hardness. Onthe contrary, if the mold with fine andprecision patterns, it should be made of siliconematerial with low hardness. The amount of the curingagent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. Ifmolds requiring fast drying and demand, more curing agent isneeded; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying anddemand, less curing agent is needed.
