• Shipment way: DHL, UPS, FedEx,EMS,etc.  once we ship the goods, we will provid you theDHL/UPS tracking number next day.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping rates quotedare estimates only. Shipping charges are calculated by ourcourier''s automated system.  
• Shipping Delays: We do everything we can to meet the delivery timespecified for each product, however occasionally delivery times maybe affected by factorsbeyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you ifwe become aware of an unexpected delay.
• 5. ArtworkRequirements: Why .ai or.eps?  For logo imprint or engraving, the logoimage or text must be provided as a vector file.
  The main reason is because vectorimages retains its clarity when scaled up ordown.
• 6. Certificates: For SGS certificateand other special requirments, also indicate them in youremail.
• 7. Warranty: All products carry aThree Year Warranty, and most of our other items carry a One YearWarranty. Honorwell will replace any defective merchandise for abrand new item within the warranty period from the original invoicedate.
  Any products which are replaced by Honorwell will not be printedwith customer''s logo, but will come blank unless the reprint isfor 25 units or more. For any reprints that are under 25 units, aset up fee of $75.00 USD will be applied.
