Operations ofliquid rtv silicone rubber for craftsmolding

If customerswant to make large products and large size moulds, the mould shouldbe made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, ifthe mould with fine and precision patterns, it should be made ofsilicone with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent dependson the actual requirements of the customer. If mould requiring fastdrying and demould, more curing is needed.

(Note: ourcompany does not recommend you to add silicon oil. If a specialsoft silicom mould or fine detailed and complex patterns productsare required, 5% - 10% silicon oil could be added to soften themould for easy demould.)
