Comparing to CHC-200D, CHC-200E/300 has new features asfollow,1         Increasedmore indicators to shows different states of THC.2         Output ofcollision-alarm, which is optical isolation output from THC, can besent to CNC''s Alarm input to freeze machine''s move. This signalis effective on both manual/auto mode. The max output is 200mA,capable to drive most relays.3        Anti-collision function. On manual/auto mode, when metal orlow-conductive item like hand touches sensor ring, THC would sendout collision signal and lift torch up until no collisionexist.4        When HF cable isdisconnected or weakly connected, it would be indicated on thedisconnection indicator. So after installation of HF cable, justshake the HF cable, the connection will be showed by theindicator.5         Sensitiveand Accuracy is increased 100%.6         CHC200Euses digital logic control circuit for logic control, greatlyimproved anti-interference performance.7         CHC300 usesprogrammable logic design, which is adjustable according tocustomer''s request. It can be controlled by High/Low Level, andlimit/auto signal can be normally open or closed, without anychange on circuit, and still with high reliability onanti-interference.8         It supportslaser cutting. On laser cutting, it needs DC motor and ball-screwto secure the motor starts with low voltage(better below 2v). Andit will not use sensor ring, but needs customer to design thesensing device, we can offer design diagram for reference.
