Nylon bag''s specification, size, color and printedadvertisement are made as per customers'' requirements. It''s madeof nylon with properties of moisture proof, lightweight andtoughness. Hygroscopicity and dyeability of nylon is better thanpolyester. With advantage of alkali resistence and no acidresistence, its fiber strength will decrease to be washed andreused after long exposure in the sun, which could protect theenvironment. Nylon bag of screen printing is handmade by ways ofusing water-based link to print on nonwoven cloth. In contrast, itscost is lower. However, the printing speed will slow down if toomany colors are needed. Overdye may not be very accurate, likewithout making out gradient color and shadow if complicatedpatterns are required. Screen printing is tailored for some simplepatterns of one side color with less than two colors.
