1. Liquid Silicone rubber can usedfor gypsum crafts, gypsum statues , gypsum ceiling rose ,gypsum columns , gypsum line , gypsum ceiling board ,and all kindsof gypsum decorations .

Liquid Silicone rubber is two part siliconewith general hardness of 22-50A°after curing with features

(1) high tensile & tear strength 

(2)  high duplication times

(3) Low linear shrinkage 

(4) resistance to high-temperature

(5) Low shrinkage and non-deformation

(6)resistance to acid-alkali and expansion

Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g ofpart B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

Step Two: vacuum pumping

Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.

Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3 to 5minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-linkreaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not beoperated.

Step Three: Pouring the mixture into the framewith original gypsum mold slowly .

Shelf life forLiquid Silicone rubber

10 to 12months, when stored in a dry and cool place under theroom temperature 25.

1kg/ bottle , 5 kg per drum vacuumed packing, 25kgs per drumvacuumed packing,200 kg per drum
