Dunnage air bags

Outer bags: based on different materials, Dunnage air bagsare divided into two series: PP kraft paper dunnage bags and PPwoven (water proof type) dunnage bags. PP kraft paper bag is kraftpaper laminated PP & PE material with high frictioncoefficient; PP Woven dunnage bags outer bag is made from highstrength PP woven fabric, also as strong as PP paper dunnage bag.Another advantage of PP Woven bag is water proof, which is verysuitable for ocean transportation. All our dunnage bags are2 plys for outside bags, one is pp+ kraft paper,150g/sqm. andanother one is pp+ fabric woven, 90g/sqm or 180g/sqm.

Inner bags: The inner bag is made from 3 layersco-extruded PE film. Its superior air impermeability can supportcargos for long time. 0.1mm thickness.100g/sqm.

The special one way valve is rapid inflation anddeflation.Generally we use standard valves and fast fillvalves. Also supply the air guns with standard or fast fillkind.

Dunnage air bags can load the pressure of more than 10tons.
