Features:
u Unwindinunit: It is easy toload and unload paper reel. Fully automatic tension control ensuresa constant tension during reel unwinding process, while automaticbias correction system ensures horizontal die cutting with highprecision. And the paper is not biased when feeding paper. Simpleretroflexion alignment assembly is configured, and the operation issimple.
u Feedingunit: Unwinding isused to feed paper reel with constant speed, while the feeding ishigh. Dual-speed synchronous control feeding system is set for thebutter section in the middle so that continuous die cutting isavailable with max.speed of 250pcs.min.
u Die cuttingunit: The mold isspecially designed according to different material. Mold changeoveris convenient. The machine body and mold frame are speciallyreinforced, which can punch thin paper slip and aluminum foil withhigh speed and features smooth punching notch, neat stacking andconvenient collection.
Controlunit: PLC incorporation with touch screen to control the machine. Data settingand machine running status monitoring are realized by means oftouch screen. Die punching and feeding are controlled by means ofservo. And two die cutting modes ( fixed length and color controlscale tracking) are available for your selection. The die punchingis fast with high precision.
