1.E-glass twist yarn is woven into nettingfabric, which can withstand
high temperaturesand is highly resistant to attack by mostchemicals,
including molten aluminum and aluminum alloys. It can becontinually
used for 4 hours with a flow rate of 10 kg/min, or for 1.5 hourswith a
flow rate of 120 kg/minute at 700oC.

During the process, it separates suspended oxides and otherimpurities
from the molten aluminum.In addition to various kinds of glassfiber
filtration cloth,tubes or pieces made up of coated cloth arealso
available.

2.Net-formed cloth is primarily treatedwith a silane finishingagent,
which creates a good adhesion to phenolic and/or epoxy resin coatedon
the cloth. The resin bonds the cloth and emery together toreinforce the
wheel, meanwhile also producing good heat-resistance andhigh-speed
cutting as well.

The cloth, whether gray fabric or coated with phenolic
and/or epoxy resin, is available with thefollowingspecifications:
