High performance and compact, the MR-E is an excellent choicefor applications up to 2kW. The MR-E is available in pulse-trainposition or analog speed/torque models. The amplifier featuresMitsubishi Electrics legendary auto-tuning and vibrationsuppression functions, a 400Hz analog frequency response, andaccepts pulse commands up to 500 kHz. The motors are low to mediuminertia up to 4500rpm and are equipped with a 10,000 pulse perrevolution encoder. Set-up and diagnosis is made easy with theMR-Configurator Windows based software. The MR-E supports thefollowing control methods: Position, Speed, and Torque.

New functions like the advanced vibration suppressionsystem and the further improved real-time autotuning ensure maximumprecision, very short positioning times and simple installation.The new amplifiers are a full 40% slimmer than those of the MR-J2Super series..

The MR-J3 series is available in two versions: The MR-J3-Amodels are suitable for drive systems with conventional control andare designed for regulating speed, torque and position controltasks. The MR-J3-B models are specified for complex, multi-axismovement sequences and for use in networked automation systems.

The units configure themselves by Plug & Play for MitsubishiElectric''s motion control and positioning control systems, towhich they are connected via the high-speed optical SSCNET IIInetwork, which has a cycle period of just 0.44 milliseconds. TheMR-J3 is currently available with outputs from 50W to 7kW. Unitswith higher outputs are being added to the range at regularintervals.
