Fully auto ceiling tile production line ACTL-600
Ceiling tile making machine is widely used in making aluminium or galvanized steel ceiling tile, etc. with size of 600x600, 300x300 or 1200x600mm. It is a fully automatic production line, mainly composed of decoiler, straightener, perforating press, servo feeder & hydraulic press. PLC controlled. 1 operator is required for 1 whole production line. High productivity, less manpower.
Process: decoiling→ straightening→perforating→ feeding→ corner & length cutting→ straightening (optional) → automatic 4 sides bending.
