The whole line is centralized control by PLC , highly automationand simple operation.
The Washing and drying machine is the core equipment of thewhole line. The upper Rubber rollers, brush rollers and air-knivesetc. can be adjusted on the panel and digital displayed accordingto the thickness of glass to be processed. The upper section of themachines can be elevated by 450mm for convenience of cleaning andrepairing. The Brush Rollers are driven by motors with upper andlower separately. Allocation of one soft brush and two hard brushes(can be lifted when needed) in the upper washing sector is designedfor washing on-line hard LOW-E glass, coated glass without damagingthe coating.
Two Stainless steel air-knives, the blower equipped with mufflecotton and air feeding filter screen pack ensures plenty of air,less noise and the good drying effect.
In the matching room, there are matching table, up-down rack,positioning cylinder, PVB film unwinding machine, movable scissorcup suction hunger, convenient for processing large quantities andlarge size glasses. Every single processing glass can be conveyedin a higher speed to enter into the Pre-laminating and presssection and regulated automatically the speed to running at thesame speed with the Pre-laminating and press section which can makeroom for the next pieces of glass which improves the runningefficiency of the Line.
Pre-laminating and press section has reasonable structure andinformal opening program.
The integrity is controlled in matching room at its stablerunning function.
Speed regulation is frequency variable.
Space/distance between two great squeezing rollers is set byindustrial computer assisted by PLC with monitor displayed. Thegreat squeezing rollers are driven by reducer separately.
The heating elements adopt Quartz -HEATERS. Temperature is zonecontrol.
YF auto-clave is a specialized machine for production oflaminated, anti-bullet and anti-bombing glass. This machine willmelt the PVB film and combined two layers or more than two layersglass by high temperature and high pressure.
